• Representation our clients in third party oppositions to trade mark applications
• Finalisation of trade mark applications to registration

We offer all of the above services in relation to Australian domestic applications. In addition, working through our overseas agents as required, we offer a similar range of service for applicants making either direct overseas applications in countries or territories (jurisdictions) of their choice or international applications under the Madrid Protocol system (a mechanism for making a single application designating several jurisdictions at once).

In addition to our core offerings, we also provide a range of ancillary services such as:

• Watch services (watching for trade mark applications or uses which might impinge on your trade mark)
• Maintenance services (e.g. acting as address for services and undertaking renewals work)
• Transaction services (e.g. providing pro forma licence documents and transfer (assignment) documents*, undertaking recording of transactions: *NB we can arrange for redrafting or drafting of specialist agreements upon request)
• Portfolio review and management
