If you are new to trade marks or other related branding activities, we will do our utmost to explain to you the relevant processes and costs in plain English and to explain any technical words or phrases in a way that you can understand.
Here at ARUNA, one of the things that we work hard at is to understand how a particular trade mark or other branding element fits in with your overall business strategy and your marketplace (or other workspace). An example of this would be that, unless you instruct us otherwise, we will consult with you on the ‘best fit’ list (specification) of goods and/or services in your trade mark application to reflect your organisation’s present or likely near-future range of activities; compare this to many other firms that rely entirely on standard specifications.
In providing our services, we always aim to provide the optimum balance between cost and comprehensive coverage: other firms may have cheaper headline rates but also many ‘hidden extras’. At ARUNA, we strive for cost transparency: our price promise is that, depending on the task involved, you can have a fixed cost where we can calculate one or, where we cannot calculate a fixed cost, we can give you a reasonable range of costs. More to the point, unless we specifically say otherwise, the costings we provide to you will include such incidentals as telephone, fax and photocopying.
